Constant Overcrowding At Region’s Main Hospital “An Absolute Failure”

The constant overcrowding at the region’s main hospital is being described as an absolute failure.

It comes as members of the Oireachtas Health Committee met frontline workers and management at University Hospital Limerick yesterday to discuss the issue.

The Irish Medical Organisation says the closure of services in Ennis and Nenagh has meant overcrowding was always on the cards.
