The Foreign Affairs Minister says confusion over GPs issuing passes to access indoor dining was down to a ‘miscommunication’.
A number of ministers have been at odds over whether GPs will be asked to issue letters to confirm people have recovered from Covid.

The legislation on indoor dining, which is being debated in the Dáil, says proof of immunity can be issued from a number of areas on top of the Digital Covid Cert.
Minister Simon Coveney has told Clare FM’s Morning Focus that anyone who has recovered from Covid should contact the HSE call centre if they have queries about their cert.
