The Chairperson of the Ennis Educate Together Board Of Management as said the announcement that a new site is almost secure for the school is “premature.”
The Seanad has heard in recent days that the Department of Education is at an advanced stage of acquiring a site to construct a new building for the primary school.

However, Chairperson of the Ennis Educate Together Board of Management, Independent Councillor Ann Norton says the announcement came as a surprise and that no one has informed the school.
She says they’re now going to seek clarity on the matter from the Department of Education…..
