Shannon Group is expressing confidence that an additional 7,000 jobs can be delivered in this region in the next three years.
It follows two reports released last week, which revealed that the group now supports 46,000 jobs and is worth 3.6 billion euro to the economy annually.
Under the Group’s strategy, it’s hoped that this will grow further, and that the increased business activity will also help the airport attract more routes, and lead to a growth in passenger numbers.
