Concern is being expressed in Clare about the scope of Eir’s broadband infrastructure.
Independent Councillor Christy Curtin says there is a cluster of houses in Lisroe, Kilmaley which are left without internet access despite being just next to houses covered by Eir’s lines.
The West Clare Municipal District is to request that Eir prioritise the extension of this line to include the almost 40 homes missing out.
