A group of business owners in Miltown Malbay have come together in an effort to ensure that their community is no longer “by-passed” for major investments.
They’re concerned that the town has been overlooked for years – having been left out of the official Wild Atlantic Way route, which they feel limits the amount of visitors they can attract.
Miltown was dealt a further blow in recent weeks, when it emerged a new Cliffs of Moher shuttle bus service would serve Ennistymon, Lahinch, Liscannor, Doolin, Lisdoonvarna – but not their town.
