Concern Expressed That Lahinch Housing Market Running Out Of Supply

Concern is being expressed that the housing market in Lahinch only has ‘2 to 3 years’ supply left to meet current demands.

It comes after a Daft.ie report revealed the North Clare town has seen an almost 40 percent increase in property prices since the onset of the pandemic.

Just two developments currently have full planning permission in Lahinch – 25 units are earmarked for the Kilstapheen area, while there are plans for seven houses on the School Road.
