An urgent and comprehensive review is being sought of what’s been described as one of the county’s most treacherous roads.
The N67 which covers Clare from Killimer to Ballyvaughan, has been the site of two fatal road traffic collisions since July alone.

In 2019, data obtained from the TII showed that four separate sections of the route were all among the top twenty accident blackspots in the country.
