Compensation Offer To Cleary’s Workers To Be Made Public Today

A deal offered to former Clery’s workers will be made public this morning.

Staff have been fighting for compensation since the iconic Dublin department store closed in 2015.

But thanks to an intervention by the Lord Mayor, new owners Natrium have reached an agreement with trade union reps.

SIPTU who had been objecting to a new development on the Clery’s site has withdrawn its objections saying it’s satisfied with the resolution.
