People in rural Clare who are feeling isolated this winter are being reminded that there’s always support available for them.
This evening will see a “fireside chat” on Rural Isolation and Mental Health take place at Kilrush Golf Club.
Gardaí and mental health professionals will speak along with former Ireland and Munster rugby player John Hayes at the event, which kicks off from 7:45.
