One of the headline acts of a North Clare music festival taking place this weekend says the feeling of “community” is one of the event’s strongest offerings.
Doolin Folk Fest runs from today to Sunday the 14th, and features over 50 acts across three stages.

Among those performing this year are Beth Orton and Sam Amidon, Cormac Begley, Martin Hayes and Brian Donnellan, and Mick Flannery and Susan O’Neill.
Susan says it’s very much a musician’s festival.
