Community groups in Clare have received over €1.5million in loans from the Social Finance Foundation in 2022.
The inititatives supported by the non-profit organisation include the Cnoc Na Gaoithe Tulla Comhaltas Centre, Mike McTigue Community Centre and West Clare Triathlon Club.

The total value of active loans provided by the Government to groups in Clare now stands at €2,904,000.
Notably the figure is more than the funding delivered to neighboring counties Galway, Limerick, Tipperary & Kerry in the same timeframe.
