Community groups in Clare are set to avail of free training on the circular economy next month.
It comes as new proposed legislation on the initiative will be debated in the Dail later, which would potentially include an environmental levy on certain plastics and using CCTV to catch illegal dumpers.
Members of the Rediscovery Centre, the National Centre for the Circular Economy in Ireland, are to visit this county on April 7th to engage with groups that may be interested in setting up sustainable social enterprises.
