A new report from Geo Directory shows two of Clare's main towns have some of the highest rates of commercial vacancy in Ireland.
Kilrush has the highest number of vacant business premises in Munster, where 23.3% of properties are vacant, while Shannon has the 7th highest in Ireland at 22%.
Nearly 17% of businesses in Ennis are vacant.
