New data from the Department of Education shows 595 children who have come to this county with their families fleeing war have been enrolled in primary schools.

An additional 347 are attending post-primary schools.
They’re among 15,000 enrolled in Irish schools, with the highest numbers in Dublin, Cork and Kerry.
