Further Clarity On Homesavers’ Planning Conditions Sought By Councillors

There are further calls for clarity on whether the management of a new retail outlet on the outskirts of Ennis has breached Clare’s planning conditions.

Councillors at this week’s Ennis Municipal District meeting were told the local authority has sought legal advice on the matter, with an enforcement file from the Planning Authority on an alleged breach ongoing.

It’s understood that a number of businesspeople in Ennis lodged formal complaints with the Council in respect of the Homesavers store, located at the Ballymaley Business Park.
