Clare’s five Oireachtas members are being urged to lend their full support to plans to install a large-scale data centre in Ennis.
The local authority unveiled plans for the ‘game changing’ development in November, which would be located on a 51 hectare site close to the Tulla Road junction of the M18 motorway.

While it is some way off, it is estimated to have the potential to be a major employer for the region and now the county’s TDs and Senator are being urged to come fully behind it.
