The Nigerian community in Clare are coming together to celebrate their cultural heritage in a festival in Ennis today.
The second Ankara Carnival is ongoing in the Christian Brothers School in the county town, and will continue until 7 o’clock this evening.

It includes different kinds of African cuisine, displays of their native musioc and dancing, a fashion parade and more.
