Clare’s Local Representatives To Meet Today To Tackle Housing Crisis

Clare’s local representatives are meeting today to set out a plan to tackle the housing crisis in the county.

The latest figures have revealed there are 2,644 applicants on the social housing waiting list in Clare, with over as thousand of those in Ennis alone.

It follows an emergency summit attended by representatives from every local authority in the country along with the Taoiseach and Housing Minister.
