The Tánaiste has hailed the drop off in the live register in Clare as being among the best in the country.

Joan Burton's comments come as new CSO figures show the number of people claiming some form of unemployment benefit dropped to 7,800 last month.
This is the lowest figure since the end of 2008.
Last month, a reduction of 235 was recorded throughout the county with the biggest drop in dole queues coming in North Clare, followed by Ennis, East Clare and then West Clare.
