Clare’s Fire Service And Gardaí On The Lookout For Use Of Fireworks

Gardaí and Clare’s Fire Service will be working together to monitor the use of fireworks in the county this Halloween.

They’re warning that it is illegal to buy, use or supply fireworks, saying they can be manufactured without safety standards, and can cause serious damage to users.

Parents are being asked to monitor their children and ensure they don’t play with illegal fireworks, as throughout the country every year, children end up tragically injured and often scarred for life, after using them.
