A North Clare man killed in an accident in the U.S. will be laid to rest in his native Kilfenora this morning.

From Caherminane in the North Clare parish, Brian McMahon had lived in California for over twenty years but lost his life when hit by a car whilst out walking in the city of San Rafael ten days ago.
He is survived by his wife Patricia and sons Luke and Rory.
He will be laid to rest at Noughaval Cemetery following funeral mass at Kilfenora Church at 11 o’clock this morning.
