Pickets have been mounted at Dunnes Stores outlets in Shannon, Ennis and towns across the country this morning as staff strike over pay and conditions.

150 Clare-based workers are taking part in the action today.
The dispute is over the use of temporary or 'zero hour' contracts at the supermarket – and a refusal by Dunnes to negotiate over grievances.
