Clare women are being urged to open up about their menstrual health on World Menopause Day, if it affects their daily lives.
A new Unite survey has found that 60% of women in Ireland don’t feel comfortable discussing menstrual health issues with management at work.

The Irish trade union also found 28% had suffered a financial impact from taking time off due to menopause or menstruation issues, even with many products and toiletries available for free.
