Two Clare women are flying the flag for Ireland at the International Defence Rugby Competition in the UK this week.
Reserve Defence Forces Lieutenant Norah Murphy from Kilkishen, and Gunner Patricia Coote from Inagh are among the 23 women Irish Squad, competing against elite military forces from across the globe.

In the group stages, Ireland face Zambia, Tonga and the UK.
Lieutenant Murphy, who’s also works for Clare County Council insists they won’t be backing down from any challenge.
