The family of a County Clare woman have been given permission to sue a second doctor involved in an operation which led to her death over 4 years ago in New York.
Kay Cregan who was from Killaloe, died following a cosmetic surgery procedure in March 2005 and her family are already suing the surgeon,Michael Sachs,who carried out the operation.

Her family have won the right to sue anaesthologist Dr Madhavro Subbarao after a previous attempt to sue him was unsuccessful.
