Election campaigns in Clare would get a new look, if people here had their way.

A new poll of almost 500 visitors to the Clare FM website has found that four out of five people would like to see election posters banned from poles and lampposts throughout the county.
17% of people want to see them kept, while the rest say they don't know.
Clare Councillors recently passed on a motion calling all candidates in the forthcoming election not to erect posters here.
