The Clare Chair of the VFI says a reopening date is just the beginning for publicans who will be reopening their businesses across the county.
All pubs are set to re-open on September 21st after Cabinet ministers approved the move yesterday.

The move follows protests in Clare and across the country from pub owners earlier this week looking for a definitive reopening date.
The government has left open the option of closing them again in certain areas if the number of Covid cases rise.
Darragh McAllister says it will take time for Clare pubs to work through guidelines and see if they can remain viable.
