Clare Tourism Advisory Chair ‘Aggrieved’ Over Dublin Prices Giving Industry A Bad Name

The Chair of Clare’s Tourism Advisory Forum says he feels ‘aggrieved’ and ‘annoyed’ over high prices in Dublin that he claims are giving the industry a bad name.

It comes as current working conditions and high prices for those in the sector will be raised at an Oireachtas committee today.

Finance Minister Paschal Donohoe has told businesess not to come looking for help from Government if they’re engaged in price gouging, with businesses in the capital in particular noted for rising hotel and car hire costs.
