A young Clare musician whose body was discovered in Slovenia this morning is being described as a kind and gentle soul who was destined for amazing things.
Eighteen year old Sean Shannon had recently graduated from Ennis Community College and was studying for a Bachelors degree in Music Performance.
Sean was a self taught pianist who’s many renowned recitals earned him a place as Glór’s youngest ever associate last June.
Sean is survived by his parents Cecilia and Frank, siblings and a wide circle of friends.
Ennis Fine Gael Councillor and family friend Mary Howard says Sean was an incredible yet humble talent.
