Clare teachers are expressing concern that balancing the education needs of students and public health guidelines is proving ‘very challenging’.

It’s after the European Centre for Disease Control advised governments to consider extending school holidays after the Christmas break.

Teachers in this county are reporting having to teach in temperatures below freezing with windows open during this week’s cold weather snap.
