Clare’s Sinn Féin TD has accused the government of a lack of action in dealing with issues at Shannon Airport.
Deputy Violet Anne Wynne has called for intervention by the government to save the jobs of Aer Lingus workers there.

It’s after the airline warned that its mounting losses, caused by the COVID crisis, have put it in a position where it is considering closing its bases in Shannon and Cork.
Deputy Wynne says workers are at their wits end and is calling on the Government to intervene.
