A Clare TD has accused the Government of being “arrogant” in the way it’s dealt with people’s concerns around the upcoming referendums.
With a week to go until voters flock to the polling stations, a group of legal professionals called Lawyers For No has met to voice their opposition to the proposed constitutional changes.
The group, which is seeking a ‘no-no’ vote, is arguing that removing the words “family” and “woman” from the articles in question is unnecessary and would introduce uncertainty into law.
