Clare’s Fianna Fail TD has insisted that his party are not solely to blame for poor planning decisions taken in Ireland in recent years.
Deputy Timmy Dooley has also expressed his view that much of the poor planning here is NOT as a result of corruption, but has occured after landowners approached Councillors.

A debate on the government’s handling of investigations became heated this week, when Deputy Dooley clashed with the Environment Minister Phil Hogan, who accused Fianna Fail of ‘hypocrisy’ with regards to it’s criticism.
However, Deputy Dooley insists there’s plenty of blame to go around.
