A Clare surfer is aiming to take on the biggest wave in the world.
Lahinch’s Ollie Flaherty is set to travel to Portugal to paddle out at Nazaré, home of one-hundred-foot waves and the most intimidating breaks in the world.
Ollie has surfed at the top level in Ireland for many years, representing Ireland as part of the Irish Surf Team and achieving multiple nominations for international Big Wave Awards.
