Sports clubs and organisations in Clare are being encouraged to get their applications ready for the latest round of Sports Capital Funding.
Minister of State, Brendan Griffin has confirmed a pot of €40 million is available to develop sports infrastructure around the country, under the 2018 programme.
Last year saw €1.5 million come to Clare for a range of projects across the county with 58 various groups benefiting from the fund.
