Clare Singer Says Germany’s Returning To Normalilty

While Ireland is beginning to return to business, some countries are much further down that road.

Phase one of lifting government restrictions here may have begun this week, but in Germany, that process started a number of weeks ago.

This past weekend saw the return of the German Bundesliga, the first major European football league to return to action, albeit behind closed doors.

Clarecastle Tenor Dean Power, who lives in Munich, says restaurants in his city have also returned to business and that many more people are out and about.
