A Clare Sinn Fein election hopeful insists we need to start having a conversation about Irish unity, following claims it’s just five years away.
It follows comments by Kevin Meagher, who was special advisor to former Northern Ireland secretary Shaun Woodward.

His article says that by 2022 – the date by which the next Northern Ireland Assembly elections must be held – there is a strong possibility we will have a United Ireland.
