Clare’s Fine Gael Senator is doubling down on calls for Shannon Heritage to be merged with the Office of Public Works.
Shannon Group has sought various support for a number of Clare’s heritage sites, including Bunratty Castle & Folk Park, Craggaunowen and Knappogue and Dungauire castles.
Transport Minister Eamon Ryan committed to a review of Shannon Heritage within the wider Group earlier this year.
