Rental prices in Clare are at their highest in a decade.
A new report from the Residential Tenancies Board pegs the average rent here at 689 euro, a level last seen in 2008, while it has increased by 41 euro in the past year.
The national average rent is now €1,094, while in Dublin the average is €1,587.
