A Clare psychotherapist fears TikTok videos on food consumption could fuel eating disorders in young people.

‘What I Eat In A Day’ has become a viral trend on the new social media platform where creators show their daily food intake, while sometimes showing a calorie county and a ‘before and after’ body comparison.

The social media giant is introducing filters that would allow users to block specific content – including fitness and dietary advice.
