Ten Clare properties are due to be sold at the latest auction for distressed properties today.
The Allsop Space sale takes place in Dublin's RDS, with around 1,000 people are expected to attend.
A building containing 12 apartments and 5 retail units on the Turnpike Road in Ennis has a reserve of 375 thousand euro, while a reserve of 220 thousand euro is set for a separate property on Mill Road, containing 5 apartments and three retail units.
Also for sale in Ennis is a house at Dromard on the Lahinch Road, along with two houses in Querrin and a building known as 'West Clare Flowers' on Bridge Street in Ennistymon.
At least 180 thousand euro is sought for a detached three bedroom bungalow at Coosheen, Corbally, Kilkee while a separate four-bed house is available at Ballyonan, Doonaghboy.
A reserve approaching 200 thousand euro is set for a detached four-bedroom house in Mountshannon, while two adjacent flats at Bruach na Sionna in O'Briensbridge are also up for sale.
Lands in Ardnacrusha which were due to be auctioned today have been withdrawn.
