Three Clare properties have sold for a total price of nearly 400 thousand euro at an auction in Dublin.

An industrial unit at Beech Park House in the Smithstown Industrial Estate was fetched the biggest price here, having sold for 220 thousand euro in the sale organised by Allsop.
A three-bedroom semi-detached home at Gort na Null in Sixmilebridge made 112,500 euro while a price of 57 thousand euro was paid for a cottage in Whitegate.
Lands in the Inagh area and Halpin's Hotel in Kilkee were both unsold
