Priests across Clare may be forced to turn people away for Christmas mass due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Church doors have reopened across this county and elsewhere today, but only 50 people will be permitted to attend services in most churches.

This limit will not be increased for the festive period, meaning extra Mass ceremonies could be held, or a ticket system could be adopted.
