Sean McMahon Principal of Mullagh National School in West Clare is hitting out at the lack of investment in Broadband and general IT in primary schools.
He says Irish pupils are being left behind their colleagues across Europe.
It follws an announcement of 3 million euro for high speed internet connection in secondary schools – with nothing for national schools.
Mr McMahon says there's a digital apartheid in place.
