Clare Person Of The Year Laura Brennan Commended For Courage

Cervical cancer campaigner Laura Brennan is being commended for her courage and fortitude after being named Clare Person of the Year for 2019.

The 25-year-old Ennis woman has been a prominent advocate of the HPV vaccine since going public last year with her terminal cancer battle.

The Clare Association will bestow her with the prestigious award on March 2nd, along with a Hall of Fame Award for Friends of Clare GAA co-founder Christy Killeen.
