A Clare addiction centre is encouraging anyone struggling with alcohol consumption over the coming days, as well as families affected by alcohol misuse, to take the first step and reach out for help.
Bushy Park is backing Drinkaware’s “#HeresToChange” campaign, which encourages adults to adopt mindful drinking habits, particularly around St. Patrick’s Day.

The campaign promotes small, positive changes to consumption to improve well-being and reduce binge drinking.
Manager of Bushypark Addiction Treatment Centre, Meadhbh Firmino da Silva Santos says there are a number of ways that people can get support, if alcohol addiction is affecting them.
