Clare gardai are asking parents across the county to ensure they are aware of their childen’s whereabouts if they are attending teenage festive events over Christmas.
Officers will be out in force in all towns and villages across the county, with particular emphasis on drink driving and speed.
However they will also be cracking down on anti social behaviour and have issued the appeal to parents following a number of incidents during teenage events in Ennis earlier this year.
