Clare paralympics jet into London ahead of games next week

Clare’s two participants in the Paralympics will depart their training camp in Portugal today and fly into the UK for the start of next week’s games. Jonathan McGrath – a UL Student from Killaloe will compete for team Ireland in Swimming, while Clonlara teacher Sarah Caffrey – who’s based in London will take part in the Mixed Coxed Four rowing event. The 2012 Paralympic Games begin next Wednesday and will run until Sunday the 9th of September.
