A Clare outreach service is urging people to be cautious amid growing concerns around synthetic drugs and a ‘significant demand’ for its services.
Ana Liffey supported 86 people in Clare last year through a service staffed by just one community outreach worker.

Help with substance abuse was the most sought after service with alcohol, tablets, cannabis and heroin addiction the most prevalent in the county.
